Garden Guest House

For guests seeking a more home-like experience, we offer suites, complete with kitchenettes, at the Guest House across the street from the Bayfield Inn. All rooms are completely remodeled by an architect and have private decks or deck access; most have lake views. Suites also feature king or queen beds, one or two bedrooms, air conditioning, cable TV, hairdryers and down comforters. Unwind on the deck and watch the world go by.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Ten dollar charge for each additional guest over 6 years of age.

Unit 1

Cozy room with king-size bed and kitchenette, with full-size sofa sleeper and dining table. Private deck outside has view of Chequamegon Bay and the Bayfield harbor. Amenities include kitchenette with microwave and cooktop, coffeemaker, refrigerator with icemaker; hairdryer and makeup mirror in bath; 32" flat-screen tv with cable and free wireless internet.

Unit 2

King-size bed in a large room containing full size sofa sleeper, dining area, 32" flat-screen tv with cable and DVD player. Free wireless internet, kitchenette with icemaker in refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffeemaker. Large private deck with dining table and view of Bayfield harbor with a separate entrance door to the deck.

Unit 3

Located on the entire second floor, this unit has an open ceiling with skylights in the living room / dining room / kitchenette and bathroom and a beautiful view of the water. Kichenette is compact with microwave, small refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker and cooktop. Large windows and door open onto a private deck across the street from the Bayfield Harbor. The deck has four chairs and a table. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There’s a 32" flat-screen tv with cable and DVD player, and free wireless internet. The bathroom has a large shower with a convenient seat.

Unit 4

Located in the lower level, this unit has two different stairways to enter or exit. One is via the lobby and down a spiral stairway, the other exits the rear of the building via an outdoor stairway. Features a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large sunny windows let natural light into the living room/kitchen which has a full-size sofa sleeper and large flat-screen tv. Free wireless internet. Separate bedroom with king-size bed, dresser and closet. The deck along the north side of the building has tables and chairs for guests’ use. Unit 5 down the hall can be rented to give you a two-bedroom, two-bath suite.

Unit 5

Down the hall in the lower level is Unit 5, which can be rented with Unit 4 as they both exit into the lower level hallway. A small bedroom with queen-size bed, small refrigerator, and a stylish new bathroom. The flat-screen television has cable, a VCR and DVD player. Free wireless internet. There is no view from the window. The deck along the north side of the building has tables and chairs for Unit 5 guests. Access is via an exterior stairway.
