Reservation Policies

A first night’s deposit guaranteed via credit card is required at the time of reservation. Please make cancellations at least five days before arrival date to receive a full refund; guests making cancellations on shorter notice will receive a full-value gift certificate.

We try to have rooms ready by 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. We are happy to store your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready or at checkout.

A fifty percent deposit is required for houses and condos. Cancellations range from 14-60 days prior to arrival.
