Reservation Policies

A 50% room deposit, guaranteed via credit card, is required at the time of reservation on all future stays arriving May through October. Cancellation policies range from 14-30 days depending on the type of accommodation, event, or group. Guests are responsible for all reserved lodging nights. Reservations cancelled within the issued cancellation policy will receive a refund in full. Guests making a cancellation on shorter notice or outside the cancellation policy will be responsible for the payment in full, in addition to a $25 canecellation fee. In return, a full valued gift certificate will be issued (minus the $25 cancel fee) to be used at the Bayfield Inn or properties, valid for one year after the issue date. There will be no refunds or gift certificates issued for early check-outs, emergencies, or inclement weather. The Bayfield Inn reserves the right to move guests to an alternative and comparable accommodation due to unforeseen repairs and maintenance issues.

Check in begins at 3pm.
